The highly-rated
19-year-old full-back joined the Potters from Luton Town in 2016 for an
undisclosed fee, signing a three-year contract.
McJannet was part
of Luton’s double-winning youth side and helped them reach the FA Youth Cup
quarter-finals during the 2015/16 campaign.
He went one step
further in the competition the following season for Stoke as they reached the
semi-finals.
Manager John
Flanagan told https://www.curzon-ashton.co.uk:
“We’re really pleased that, due to our very strong relationship with Stoke City
Football Club, we are once again able to take advantage of their excellent
youth system. Following the success of Jake Dunwoody’s loan period last season,
we’re delighted to add Cameron to our squad for the foreseeable future.
“He’s a good size,
strong lad and has an excellent left foot and he’ll add balance to the left
side of our team”.
