Dabbers Hand Grant a Chance

Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division club Nantwich Town have signed experienced midfielder Joel Grant.

Grant can play wide or as a central striker and won 14 caps for Jamaica earlier in his career.

The vastly experienced 34-year-old forward came through the academy at Watford as a youngster and went on to play for Aldershot Town, Crewe Alexandra, Wycombe Wanderers, Yeovil Town and Exeter City.

He had a three-year spell with Plymouth Argyle where he netted 14 goals in 74 appearances.

Swindon Town was his next port of call in September 2020, and he played 20 times for the Robins, netting twice, before moving to Grimsby Town in the summer of 2021.
