Defender
Zak Brown has signed ahead of the upcoming 2022/23 season.
The
19-year-old joins the Met from Southern Premier Division Central side Bedford
Town.
He
joined the Eagles in August 2021 having impressed throughout pre-season with
strong performances and helped them to win the Southern Division One Central
title.
The
central defender spent the previous few years with Norwich City in their
development but was released in the summer of 2021.
The
Met have also signed Didi Ndombe (pictured).
He
came through the youth ranks at Bedfont Sports and broke into the first team
during the 2018/19 season.
He
made a total of 14 appearances scoring 4 goals before moving to Isthmian
Premier side Corinthian-Casuals in December 2019 and whilst he was with
Casuals, he spent time on loan at Abbey Rangers.
After
a spell with Redhill, he signed for Isthmian South Central outfit Chertsey Town
in January 2022 and scored 5 times in 15 games. |
