Technically
gifted forward Jesse Waller-Lassen (pictured) has moved to Hertingfordbury Road from
Isthmian League North Division side Hashtag United.
The
29-year-old, originally with Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur, joined
Hashtag in September 2019 from Rebel FC, after scoring against them at Wembley.
Despite
impressing early in the 2019/20 season, he took an extended break from football
before re-joining the club for the 2020/21 campaign.
Meanwhile,
Hertford have agreed a compensation package with League One Ipswich Town for
Max Hudson.
After
a series of eye-catching displays for the Blues, Hudson has signed a
professional contract with the Tractor Boys.
The
18-year-old is an accomplished young defender who signed for Hertford in the
summer of 2021.
Schooled
through the Tottenham Hotspur academy, he made 29 appearances for Hertford’s
first team in 2021/22.
He
impressed watching Ipswich scouts in a match played at Needham Market earlier
this year organised for young players that were looking to make their way back
into full-time football.
He
was subsequently invited to Playford Road for a trial and this summer has
featured for Ipswich's under-23s in a batch of friendlies against local sides.
