The
30-year-old started his career with Port Vale but was released in November 2010
after making 3 first team appearances and promptly joined Leek Town after
previously being on loan to them.
He
then spent time switching regularly between Leek and Newcastle Town before
finally settling at the latter in the summer of 2011 where he found his
shooting boots and scored 30 goals for them.
He
signed for Kidderminster Harriers an initial fee of £7,000 in January 2012 and became
an instant hit with the fans when he scored on his debut at Alfreton Town and
then went on to grab a further 7 goals in his first season at Aggborough.
The
following term he did even better with 20 goals in just over 40 games but then,
following a major injury when he was airlifted to hospital, he only made 28
starts to score just 7 goals and left Harriers in June 2014 for Stalybridge
Celtic and then joined his local side, Kidsgrove Athletic
He
went on to become Kidsgrove’s record goalscorer with 147 before moving to
Hanley Town in March 2022, helping them to win the Midland League title and
promotion to the Pitching In Northern Premier League. |
