Florida-born,
the 21-year-old moved to the UK to join Premier League Everton in 2017, where
he spent four seasons before joining Swansea in 2021.
He
has also amassed nine caps for the United States at under-14,15 and under-16 level
and has three caps for Denmark at under-19 level.
Nico
is the brother of popular Colls centre-half Luca Defreitas-Hansen and has been
on trial with the club throughout pre-season.
