Buchan Moves to Tivvy
Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Tiverton Town have signed striker Matt Buchan following a successful trial period at the Ian Moorcroft Stadium.

The 23-year-old turned out for Southern Division One South side Bideford AFC in 2021/22 on dual registration with Toolstation Western League side Helston Athletic.

 

He returned to former club Helston in March 2020 having left for Falmouth Town in 2018, scoring 31 goals in 61 games over the previous two years, but opted to begin a second spell at Helston, who were top of the South West Peninsula League Premier West at the time before the Covod lockdown.

 

The former Cornwall under-18 player was part of Falmouth's Cornwall Senior Cup-winning side in 2019.
