The
most experienced is 26-year-old central midfielder Ryan Richefond (pictured).
He
last turned out for Isthmian League North side Barking, joining the Blues in March
2022 from league rivals Brentwood Town.
An
academy coach with Leyton Orient, he started his career in the academy at
Norwich City and then spent three years with Crawley Town, making 3 League
appearances before going non-League in 2015 where he played for the likes of
Leatherhead, Bishop's Stortford, Margate, Grays Athletic, Worthing and Loxwood.
He
joined Isthmian Premier outfit Hornchurch in the summer of 2019 from Isthmian
South Central side South Park, who he signed for in November 2018 and then had
a brief return to Bishop`s Stortford in December 2019 before signing for
Staines Town in late February 2020.
He
moved to Brentwood in September 2021
Defender
Charne Lemba originally represented BCS (Barnet & Southgate College)
Tottenham Hotspur in the National Youth League.
The
20-year-old joined Isthmian League Premier Division outfit Haringey Borough and
then played 26 times and scored 3 goals for New Salamis in the Spartan South
Midlands League Premier Division last season.
Born
and raised in North London, John is a composed centre-back with the ability to
break lines and split defences.
He
was with Thurlow Nunn League First Division South side Hackney Wick and has
also been on Isthmian League Premier Division side Enfield Town’s books.
He
joins FC Romania from Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Hoddesdon
Town.
