Returning to Plain Ham is 22-year-old winger Wayne Nderamani (pictured).

He had only signed for Southern Premier Division South side Swindon Supermarine last month from Mangotsfield United, who were relegated to the Uhlsport Hellenic League at the end of the 2021/22 season, where he had been since 2020.

He joined the Mangos from then-Southern Division One South rivals Larkhall.

He started out at National League South outfit Bath City’s academy and after joining the Larks in 2018, made over 30 first team appearances.

Garside is an 18-year-old defensive midfielder who moves to the Larks after a short spell with Southern Premier Division South new boys Plymouth Parkway.

Garside had only signed for Lee Hobbs’ side in July after being released by League One neighbours Plymouth Argyle, where he had featured for the under-18s.
