Jim Everett has been appointed first-team manager following John Rhodie's departure and will be assisted by coaches Lee Kennedy and Alan Tucker.
The newly re-formed reserve team will be managed by Guy McKilligin, assisted by Matt Nelmes. Will Bardouleau will also assist with the reserve team on match days.
As well as the majority of last season's squad re-signing, the Swans have been strengthened by several new signings.
Josh Clarke has signed on following a spell at Steyning Town last season which was plagued with injuries.
But after a good pre-season, he should add a lot to the squad.
Another signing from neighbours Steyning is highly-rated youngster Charlie Witham.
A lad with a big future on the county circuit at only 18 years of age, he will grow into the first-team throughout the season!
Jamie Stideford has also signed on the dotted line.
An experienced centre-half formerly with Southwick and Worthing United, he is dominant in the air and good on the ball, he will add some strength to the defence.
Other new signings include Jay Hide, Ousmane and Lloyd Carter, with more set to follow over the coming days.
However, the club has had to bid farewell to long-serving player and manager John Rhodie, who has signed for SCL Premier Division new boys Shoreham.
