The experienced 32-year-old joined Bromley in January 2022 from National League rivals Aldershot Town, where he had been since October 2021.

He joined The Shots after a wealth of experience within the Football League across all three divisions with the likes of Charlton Athletic, Bristol City, Gillingham, AFC Wimbledon and Forest Green Rovers.

Having made over 350 League appearances, the midfielder now joins Aldershot in the hope to push the club higher up the table, having re-joined the league for the first time since his loan move to Northwich Victoria back in the 2008/09 season.

During his time across the leagues, he has also had success along the way, winning League One twice with both Charlton and also Bristol City in the 2014/15 season where he also won the Football League Trophy (now known as the Papa John’s Trophy) that year too.
