The
19-year-old centre-back - a regular for the Lions` under 21s - becomes the
latest of Kevin Nugent's squad to benefit from first-team experience.
Okoli (pictured) is a graduate of the Millwall youth academy, and someone who the Lions hold in
very high regards.
Sri
Lankan international Dillon De Silva has also joined Torquay on a similar deal
from fellow second-tier side Queens Park Rangers.
The
20-year-old, who has 12 caps for his country, came through Tottenham Hotspur’s
academy, where he spent three years.
Prior
to joining Tottenham, he also had unsuccessful trials at Arsenal.
He
joined the youth academy of QPR in 2017 after a brief spell with then-Pitching
