Goalkeeper
Adam Parkes (pictured) has joined on loan from League One neighbours Plymouth Argyle.
Parkes,
who only signed for Argyle as a free agent last week, moves to Bolitho Park on
a loan deal until January.
Weymouth-born,
the 22-year-old progressed through the Southampton academy and signed his first
professional deal in 2016.
He
also represented England at under-17 level.
He
moved to Watford in 2019 and gained experience with loan spells with Vanarama
National League South side Havant & Waterlooville and National League
outfit Barnet, before spending the 2021/22 season on loan with Dover Athletic,
then in the National League, playing 22 games.
He
was released by Watford in the summer.
Also
joining Parkway on loan is midfielder Toby Stephens from National League side
Yeovil Town.
Eighteen-year-old
Stephens is a product of the Glovers` academy and signed his first professional
deal at the start of the 2020/21 season.
Loan
spells at National League South outfit Hemel Hempstead Town and at Barnstaple Town
followed last season and he spent the first part of this season on loan with
Parkway’s league rivals and ground tenants, Truro City.
