The 32-year-old took over at Steel Park in May 2022 having previously spent four-and-a-half years as boss at league rivals Loughborough Dynamo where he hit the headlines when taking over the role at the age of just 27 after calling time on his playing career. He had to build virtually a brand-new squad when he arrived at Corby and leaves with them in eighth place, six points adrift of the play-off places and after losing 2-0 at the Zeeco Stadium to third-placed Stamford AFC. He quit, despite strengthening his group around the Christmas period with Jordan O’Brien returning from league rivals Spalding United, goalkeeper Tomasz Bukowski joining from United Counties League side Quorn and Jack Turner arriving on loan from Southern League Premier Division Central on loan for the rest of the season.
