Bala Town have added to their squad with the acquisition of Daniel Gosset.

The talented midfielder joins the club after two years with league rivals Bangor City.

The 23-year-old midfielder began his career at Oldham Athletic where he started two matches after coming through the academy with the Latics.

During 2013 he went on loan to Stockport County, making 15 starts before a move into the Welsh system.

Rhyl was the destination in 2014 spending a year at Belle Vue scoring 2 goals in 21 appearances.

A move to The New Saints followed but after a spell on the sidelines and only 10 starts, he was picked up by Bangor in the summer of 2016 where he had his most successful spell to date.

Following his 64 starts with the Citizens, Gosset was called up to the Wales C squad in March alongside Town’s Ashley Morris and Chris Venables and then named in the Welsh Premier’s team of the year.

Over the close season, he spent time at Jamie Vardy’s V9 Academy.

Cardiff Met have signed striker Sam Snaith and midfielder Guto Williams.

Snaith joins from Llantwit Major, where he netted 17 goals in 23 appearances last season.

The 18-year-old was on trial with SkyBert League Two side Newport County earlier in the summer and has made a couple of appearances for the Archers in pre-season, scoring against Barry Town United on the weekend in a 1-1 draw.

Williams has joined on a season-long loan from former Welsh Premier champions Bangor City.

Williams came through the youth ranks at City and made a number of appearances for the first team last season.

Aberystwyth Town have signed attacking midfielder Ryan Edwards.

Twenty-four-year-old Edwards joins the club after leaving Llandudno in June, and adds a wealth of experience to Aber's squad, having previously played in the Welsh Premier League for The New Saints, Connah's Quay Nomads, Cefn Druids, Bala Town and Airbus UK Broughton.

Llandudno manager Iwan Williams has further strengthened his squad with the triple signing of Osian Jones, Telor Williams and Sean Thomas.

Williams told http://www.llandudnofc.co.uk: “Osian has been brilliant throughout the course of pre-season with his work rate and grittiness. He’s been at the club for a number of years progressing through the youth system and he deserves as chance in terms of being included in the first-team squad. He’s fearless and will run channels all day long for us. He recently earned a Welsh Cap at Colleges level and we have high hopes of him developing further under myself and my management team.

“Telor recently joined our under-19’s and is someone whom I had at Caernarfon and again someone whom I presented with his first-team debut. We will be giving Telor a First Team squad number as he’s done fantastically well since coming in and the squad have taken to him immediately. With only Steve Thomas and Zebb (Edwards) giving us balance on the left-hand side, Telor will have his opportunities and given his recent performances we are comfortable with throwing him into the deep end should we need to.

“Sean has joined us as goalkeeper Shaun Pearson`s understudy. He has impressed us a lot in training since coming in and at his age and experience we are lucky to have him working alongside Peo as well as Elliott Jarvis and Tom Lewney under the guidance and tuition of Dave Guinn. He will push Peo all the way and fits into the environment we’ve created with his personality.”

The club can also confirm the release of Dan Westwood.

Williams added: “It was always going to be difficult for Westy but he gave it a go and unfortunately the travelling did take its toll on him. He’s a great lad and the lads took to him but after speaking with Dan last week about the whole scenario, the decision was made that it wasn’t realistically feasible for him to continue for his own well-being more than anything. I’d like to personally thank him for giving it a go and wish him well in the future”.
