The 20-year-old signed for Rangers midway through the 2020/21 Championship campaign and quickly became a regular starter for the B team. Walsh signed for Gillingham as a 9-year-old and worked his way through their academy, eventually making his debut in 2019. Impressive performances in League One caught the eye of many suitors, with Loftus Road his eventual destination in late January 2021 where he signed a three-and-a-half-year deal. Walsh has already enjoyed time with National League South side Hampton & Richmond Borough and Maidenhead’s league rivals Dorking Wanderers during 2022/23
