A brief statement from the club reads: “Unfortunately, recent results haven't been good enough on the pitch and a change was decided as we try and push for promotion. “Two very well thought of people and we thank them for their hard work and commitment to the club. “Paul Smith has had some time out and is now fully rejuvenated and ready to go. “We believe at this point, with six games remaining, we need someone who knows the players and will work hard to get the best out of them. “At this point, we would ask for everyone to stick together in our quest for promotion”. Smith (pictured) told https://www.ht-fc.co.uk: ''I’m fresh, focussed and ready. “The goal remains the same as it has been all season, and we will work as hard as we can to try and achieve that……..promotion''.
