Twenty-year-old technical midfielder Giles (pictured) is Dynamo manager Tom Hayes first new signing of the summer and joins Lewis King, Rob Norris, and Jack Gibson in committing to the club for the new season. Giles made his debut as a 16-year-old at Hinckley AFC where he impressed his team-mates and supporters alike as he picked up the players` player and supporters` player of the year award. After this, Giles earnt a move to Vanarama National League North where he signed for Kettering Town. He has also previously played for Hayes before when he had a loan spell at Leicester Nirvana. Hayes told https://www.loughboroughdynamofc.com: “Reece is a brilliant technical midfielder who I worked with two seasons ago. He came on loan to Leicester Nirvana from Kettering Town. As soon as Reece arrived, it became as simple as if Reece played, we won. “His composure and quality on the ball are his main assets but he is also a physical player who can carry the ball with pace and power. “His future lies higher up the football pyramid and injuries permitting, he would already be there. We are extremely lucky to have him on board for the upcoming season.” Furey is a 21-year-old winger who joins from league rivals Corby Town having made a number of appearances in their team that made a play-off push last season. Furey has also previously played for Stamford AFC and Harborough Town and will be a key member of the squad during the forthcoming season. Hayes said: “We are delighted to bring Connor to Loughborough Dynamo for the upcoming season. He is a fast-paced winger with bags of energy both on and off the ball. “He will set the tone for the energy levels and high intensity game that we will be looking to adopt this season. His enthusiasm for the game will rub off on all around him. “He has the quality on the ball to match this and he is a real threat with the ball at his feet and in behind defences to create goal scoring opportunities for himself and his team-mates”.
