| Cinderford Appoint New Manager |
| Cinderford Town have announced the appointment of Matthew Driscoll as the now-Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division club’s new manager. |

| Driscoll joins the Foresters from Welsh League side Aberbargoed Buds, where he built a double winning side, clinching the league and cup `double` last season.
He was also previously manager at Aberdare Town as well as involved at Afan Lido, AFC Porth and Merthyr Town’s academy.
Driscoll also has plenty of playing experience, having played Southern League football with both Merthyr and Clevedon Town, as well as representing the likes of Afan Lido, Aberdare Town and Goytre United.
Cinderford were overwhelmed with the number of applications they received for the job, with over 30 excellent candidates throwing their hat in to the ring, but after speaking to Driscoll and his plans for the club, the players he was looking to target and his enthusiasm for the role, the decision was made easy.
Chairman Nick Simonds told https://www.cinderfordtown.co.uk: “The committee and I are delighted to welcome Matt to Cinderford Town as the new manager. We feel that the positive attitude towards our football club from Matt and his desire to be successful and build something special was evident from our first meeting. We can’t wait to get started”.
