The 28-year-old re-joins the Lambs from new league rivals Brackley Town, having left Tamworth to join the Saints in October 2020 and has been a regular starter for the Saints, including the recent play-offs.
Cullinane-Liburd is a tall, commanding centre-back who can also play anywhere across the defensive line.
He had originally signed for the Lambs in July 2020 from Hereford FC, where he had been since midway through their record breaking 2017/18 Southern League Premier Division South title-winning season.
The versatile defender has experience at several non-League clubs including Solihull Moors, Redditch United, Alvechurch and Stratford Town.
