| Beeney Becomes a Dart |
| Vanarama National League South club Dartford have announced the arrival of goalkeeper Mitchell Beeney. |

| Beeney joins with a wealth of experience, most recently turning out for the Darts` former league rivals Concord Rangers.
The 27-year-old had joined the Beachboys in October 2022 from Horsham, where he had been since June 2022 after arriving from rivals Bowers & Pitsea.
He had been with Bowers since September 2021 after arriving from another league rival, Cheshunt.
He had joined the Ambers in October 2020 from another Isthmian Premier rival, Lewes, for whom he made just the one appearance.
The son of former Maidstone United, Leeds United and England C international keeper Mark Beeney, he started his career with Gillingham and won 4 England under-19 caps whilst at the Priestfield Stadium but moved with brother Jordan to Chelsea in 2007.
Although he didn`t make the Blues` senior side, he did have loan spells with Newport County, where he made his professional debut, Crawley Town and League of Ireland side Sligo Rovers.
After being released by Chelsea in the summer of 2018, he returned to Ireland to sign for Sligo on a more permanent basis.
In December 2019, he returned to England and signed a short-term deal with National League outfit Hartlepool United, for whom he made 6 appearances before lockdown.
