Stanley was a stand-out performer for the play-off finalists last year, and notched 2 goals and 7 assists in his 42 appearances. He came off the back of a horrific injury, a double leg break, but has kicked on from then and in his words, come back stronger. The 26-year-old, arguably one of the best full backs in the league last season, joined the Saints in June 2020 after arriving from Biggleswade Town. He had signed for the Waders in August 2019 from Royston Town having signed for the Crows in February 2019 from St Neots Town. He had moved to the St Neots in 2018 from Bedford Town, having joined the Eagles in February 2016. He has previous experience with Kempston Rovers and spent the majority of his youth career at Luton Town.
