| Nembhard (pictured), 25, is a defender who joined Havant & Waterlooville in June 2022 from rivals Hemel Hempstead Town, where he had been since October 2021.
He had joined Sutton United in March 2021 from Merstham having been with the Moatsiders since September 2020 after being with Cymru Premier side The New Saints.
He has played in both the Champions League and Europa League for the Saints and has also spent time on loan at Cefn Druids after starting out at Staines Town.
Rabbetts joins the Darts on loan from National League side Dorking Wanderers until January 1st.
The 20-year-old left back signed for Dorking in July 2022 from Metropolitan Police, where he had been since August 2021.
He checked into Imber Court from National League side Aldershot Town having been with the Shots since the age of 11 and worked his way through the academy system.
He was signed on National League forms in October 2020.
