| Howard (pictured) is a 23-year-old midfielder who joins from National League South side Welling United.
He had moved to the Wings in June 2022 following his release by Southend United.
He came through the youth ranks at Southend before joining Premier League Arsenal at the age of 14.
A spell at Colchester United followed before the right back came back to Roots Hall in 2018.
Whilst on Southend’s books, he had loan spells with Harlow Town, Dartford, Braintree Town and King’s Lynn Town.
He made 7 first team appearances for the Shrimpers but ended that season on loan at Farnborough, helping them to win the play-offs before being released.
Isiaka is a 22-year-old strong, lively forward who joins from Pitching In Isthmian League Premier Division side Billericay Town.
He had moved to the Essex outfit in January 2023 from Scottish Championship side Arbroath.
He had gone `north of the border` in September 2022 after starting the 2022/23 season with VCD Athletic.
He had joined the Vickers in the summer of 2022 after being with Icelandic side UMF Víkingur Ólafsvík since March 2021.
Originally on the books at Charlton Athletic, he spent from October 2020 until March 2021 with Welling United.
