....five players to their squad – four of whom were involved at King George`s Field.

Manolis Gogonas was a fan's favourite from last season, being the only outfield player to stay the whole of that campaign, and he finished second in the voting for supporters` player of the year.

He arrived at K's from Windsor FC, but he began his career in Greece with Asteras Tripolis and then Panarkadikos before moving to England.

K's manager Leigh Dynan told the club`s website: "I'm delighted to re-sign Mano, he was my player of the year last year, he gives us fantastic energy and work rate in the middle of the park and is a fantastic lad off the pitch too."

Greg Cundle has joined the club on a permanent basis after his loan spell with the K's from SkyBet League One side Gillingham.

Cundle is a product of the Gills' youth set-up and signed pro forms with the club in 2015.

He made six appearances for Gillingham, scoring once, and has had loan experience with East Grinstead Town, Tilbury, Margate, Billericay Town and Bishop's Stortford before his loan spell with the K's.

Dynan said of Cundle: "Greg was outstanding for me last season on loan from Gillingham, I've been tracking him upon his release from Gillingham and to finally sign him is fantastic as I believe Greg will return to the professional game at some point. He's a fantastic player and again it shows what we are trying to achieve when we are signing players of the calibre of Greg."

Matt Saunders is an experienced midfield player who has played in the Football League for Dagenham & Redbridge.

He joins the K's from Vanarama National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town.

Dynan added: "I'm thrilled to sign Matt - he started off at Fulham before joining Dagenham and Redbridge and playing 41 games in League 2. Since then he's enjoyed spells at Dover Athletic and Aldershot Town in the National League. Signing him is a coup for the club, and I'm delighted to have Matt on board."

Shaun Lucien is an exciting, fast and skilful player who joins the club from Nationbal League South outfit St Albans City, although he started pre-season last month with Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Lucien played for the Saints for three years, and before that he was at Brentford, Hampton, Uxbridge, Harrow Borough and Wealdstone.

He played for the hosts Barawa in the recent ConIFA World Cup held in London, scoring twice in their opening game.

Dynan said: "I'm extremely pleased that I have been able to secure Shaun, he's a really fast, skilful and attacking player who I feel gives us real impetus going forward. Again, he's played at this level and above and he believes in what we want to achieve."

Freddy Moncur joins from league rivals Wingate & Finchley.

A product of the West Ham United youth system, he joined Leyton Orient in 2015 and made nine appearances for them.

He had loan spells with Wingate and Bishop's Stortford, before leaving Orient in February 2018, joining Wingate on a permanent basis.

Dynan said: "Freddy is someone that's been on my radar, I watched him a number of times last year. I believe he has real quality, I'm genuinely excited about working with Freddy to develop his game even further, as I believe he will return to the Football League again having experienced being a pro already. I'm delighted to sign him".
