Smithson Returns to Carlton
Luke Smithson has re-joined Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One East club Carlton Town.

Smithson followed manager Tommy Brookbanks from Loughborough Dynamo to Coalville Town in 2015 and was instrumental in ensuring the Ravens pulled away from relegation trouble and finish in a comfortable mid-table position that season.

 

Smithson had a two-year spell with the Ravens and helped them to a play-off final and scored a goal against Shaw Lane AFC which saw them promoted at the end of the 2015/16 season.

 

Smithson moved to Rugby Town before he moved on to join Carlton Town in September 2016.

 

He returned to Loughborough Dynamo last season.
