Hodges Delighted With Lewington Signing

Lee Hodges, manager of Vanarama National League South club Truro City, has signed striker Jared Lewington and backs him to prove a big hit at Treyew Road.

The 24-year-old has agreed to join City from Evo-Stik Southern League South side Tiverton Town on a one-year deal, with the option of a second year.

The arrival of the talented forward is a welcome boost for City ahead of the new campaign, especially after the departure of the out-of-contract Rocky Neal to Taunton Town.

Hodges, who along with assistant Chris Todd has signed a new two-year deal, was delighted to have acquired the services of Lewington, who only joined Tiverton from Toolstation Western League side Buckland Athletic in January.
