Higgins has represented his country at two under-20 World Cups and joins the Swans after recently playing his football in Australia with South Springvale.
At just 24, Higgins has collected a growing reputation for his combative style and his aerial ability and will be a huge addition to the Swans squad.
Fans` favourite Cox (pictured) returns to Wheatsheaf Park for a second spell from Winchester City.
The former Swans striker and prolific scorer left the club to join Farnborough and will be welcomed back for the new Southern League South season by the Wheatsheaf Park faithful. |
