Manager Simon Lane has kept several of last season`s squad, many of whom joined when he arrived in January 2018.

He has also made a number of new signings, quite a few of whom played under him at his previous club, Northwood.

One of those is striker Meshach Williams, who also numbers Hatfield Town, Hoddesdon Town, Hanwell Town, FC Broxbourne Borough and Cockfosters amongst his other former clubs.

Another forward, Jermaine Osei, is another ex-Woods player – scoring 15 times for them last season after joining from Vanarama National League South side Wealdstone.

His other previous clubs include Enfield 1893, Enfield Town, Bishop`s Stortford, Margate and Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Others to have made the switch from Chestnut Avenue over the summer include right-back Isaac Olorunfemi, who has also been with Chalfont St Peter, Aylesbury FC and Maidenhead United, and midfielder Tayshan Hayden-Smith, who has also turned out for Enfield Town, AFC Hillgate and Canvey Island.

Midfielder Tom Windsor also played for Northwood, but that was back in 2010/11 after being with Hillingdon Borough and Slough Town.

More recently he has been on the books at Molesey and South Park.

Right-back or winger Kildane Tesfu, 21, arrives from Spartan South Midlands Leaguers Rayners Lane and was previously with Uxbridge and AFC Hayes, while 18-year-old left-back Enock Sagonile joins from National League South side Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Winger Rhys Rabess is another new arrival from Uxbridge, for whom he appeared 30 times, scoring 3 goals, last season having been with AFC Hayes, Harefield United and Hillingdon Borough in the past, while 21-year-old goalkeeper Keval Patel arrives from Harrow Borough, who he signed for last summer having previously played with Wycombe Wanderers, Stevenage and Watford.

He was dual registered with Wembley last term.

Young right-sided player Rory Merrick joins from National League side Maidenhead United, and 18-year-old Shadrac Malembe from Hampton.

Another 18-year-old, Paolo Giamettei, arrives following his release by SkyBet League Two side Swindon Town, having gained experience on loan with Cirencester Town.

Lane`s other new signing is 20-year-old forward Courtney Austin, who joins from Southall, having also been on the books at Hanwell Town and Chalfont St Peter.

He is dual registered with North Greenford United.
