Bank Holiday Monday saw Yate Town and Winchester City both complete away wins to remain with a 100% record.
Yate won the derby at Cossham Street against a point-less Mangotsfield United side who led through Mike Bryant`s 13th minute opener.
But Nick Peare levelled within 2 minutes and then Ross Langworthy on 28 minutes and Charlie Hitchings 4 minutes later stretched the Bluebells` lead – a lead they kept.
City won 2-0 at Moneyfields, thanks to Jamie Barron after 31 minutes and the Ollie Bailey 4 minutes into time added on at the end of the game as Moneys pushed for a leveller.
Cinderford Town and Highworth Town both lost for the first time in 2018/19.
The Foresters lost 1-0 at home to Evesham United, for whom Nathan Summers` 12th minute effort proved decisive, while promoted Highworth had a crowd of just under 300 but lost 3-0 at home to Cirencester Town.
Ben Whitehead`s 42nd minute penalty separated the sides at the break, and then Aidan Bennett after 75 minutes and Henry Spalding 3 minutes from time killed off any hopes of a home comeback.
Barnstaple Town and Fleet Town join Mangotsfield in being without a point to date, with Barum losing the Devon derby at Bideford 1-0, thanks to a Matt Ward goal just past the hour-mark in front of a good holiday crowd of 502.
Fleet suffered the backlash as promoted Thatcham Town won for the first time since winning promotion and the Buildbase FA Vase.
The Kingfishers hammered Fleet 6-0 at Waterside Park with Ben Cook bagging a brace, Ekow Elliott, Lewis Coyle, Shane Cooper-Clark and Andy Jenkinson singles.
Also yet to win are Paulton Rovers, Larkhall Athletic and Slimbridge.
Rovers shared a 2-2 draw at promoted Street, whose Ed Butcher gave them a 33rd minute lead that Joe Hillard levelled 10 minutes later.
Ryan Gay then gave the visitors a 68th minute lead that Phil Ormerod cancelled out 7 minutes later.
Larkhall also drew away from home at another of the newcomers, Melksham Town, for whom Jon Davies salvaged a point 2 minutes into stoppage time after the Larks had led through George King`s 66th minute effort.
Slimbridge, however, were beaten 3-0 at Bristol Manor Farm, who led 2-0 within the opening 12 minutes through Owen Howe and Dean Stamp.
Howe`s second 4 minutes into time added on at the end of the game was the icing on the cake for Manor Farm, for whom this was a second win.
The derby at newcomers Blackfield & Langley and AFC Totton ended all-square with Eddie Perrett`s 20th minute opener for the Stags being eventually levelled 18 minutes from the end, thanks to a Fatah Makhloufi penalty.
