...been postponed due to international call-ups.
Boro will be without Harry Panayiotou, Theo Wharton and Kairo Mitchell as they all fly out to compete in the CONCACAF Nations League Qualifiers for their respective nations.
The call-ups will also cover the international breaks in October and November, meaning the postponements of away fixtures with Chester (13th October) and Alfreton Town (17th November).
Wharton and Panayiotou will both be representing St Kitts & Nevis as they have a home tie with Puerto Rico on the 9th September.
“It’s always an honour to be called up to the National team,” former York City midfielder Wharton told the club`s website. “It means a lot to me and my family. We’ve got a few big games that we need to get points from so it’s an important few months for us as a nation.”
Panayiotou agreed with his compatriot: “It’s a massive honour to represent St Kitts & Nevis. I’m looking forward to putting on the shirt again and linking up with my fellow team-mates. I’m disappointed to be leaving on the back of a red card, but I’ve had time to reflect on it and will be looking to put things right against Curzon Ashton on Saturday.”
Mitchell, who recently scored a wonder strike for Grenada, will travel to Curaçao: “I’m delighted to have been called up by my national team again and I can’t wait to go out there and do well in Grenadian colours, hopefully score more goals and have a good game. That’s for next week though, currently I’m focused on helping the Boro get a good result on Saturday against Curzon”.
