Mohammed signed his first professional contract with Accrington Stanley in May 2017, putting pen to paper on a two-year deal.

The Blackburn-born centre-half, who went to Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, used to play Sunday league football for Mill Hill before having a trial with Stanley and signing at U16 level.

Ubah, aged 21, signed for Bostik League North side Maldon & Tiptree from Luxemburg second tier side CS Grevenmacher in January 2018.

Ubah has previously featured for Altrincham, Boston United and Peacehaven & Telscombe and stands 6`5” and is a strong, agile, intelligent and technically skilled player who joined the newly-formed Ossett United in the summer after returning north.
