Joining from league rivals Boston Town is striker Cameron Johnson, who netted 15 times in 16 games last season.
The 21-year-old was part of the Boston United squad which reached the Vanarama National League North play-offs three seasons ago.
He joined the Pilgrims from Toolstation Northern Counties East League side Rossington Main in July 2015.
Having played, scored and impressed against the Pilgrims only days earlier, United made their move for the former Doncaster Rovers junior, who signed a new deal in May 2016.
Goode said: “He is a hard-working and quick forward who will fit into our system brilliantly, he clearly has an eye for goal. He is a great lad and really wants to help us progress. Its fantastic news that he’s come to Deeping and adds another dimension to our attacking options.”
Also joining Rangers is another forward, Danny Durkin.
Durkin has joined the Clarets from Evo-Stik League Northern Premkier League Division One East side Loughborough Dynamo after a prolific spell with league rivals Leicester Nirvana last season.
The former Grantham Town, Spalding United and Harrowby United marksman netted 25 goals in 26 games for Nirvana and his arrival ended a lengthy pursuit by the Deeping boss.
