The 22-year old stopper has yet to make an appearance for the Royals’ first-team but has made over 100 senior appearances in several loan spells.

He has spent time on loan at Oxford United, Holyport, Hendon, Dunstable Town, Chesham United, Hampton & Richmond Borough, Gosport Borough, Hungerford Town and most recently with Barnet in League Two last season where he made three EFL appearances.

He goes straight into today’s squad against Bromley.

Meanwhile, fellow keeper Zaki Oualah has joined Bostik League Premier side Leatherhead and Will Mannion continues his recovery from injury at parent club Hull City.
