FC United Borrow League Rivals` Defender
FC United of Manchester have signed defender Billy Priestley on loan until January 2019 from Vanarama National League North rivals Southport.

Born in Burnley, the central defender signed for Port from Alfreton Town in December 2017 and as part of the loan agreement, the 29-year-old will be available to play for the Reds in FA and County cup competitions.

 

Priestley has currently made 22 appearances for the Port, four of which have been this season.

 

Starting his youth career at Accrington Stanley, Priestley has also gone on to play for Colne, Ramsbottom United and Bradford Park Avenue, where he made 61 appearances prior to joining Alfreton and then Southport.
