....Alex Curtis to leave the club and join Evo-Stik Southern Division One Central side Sutton Coldfield Town in order to get some game time.

Curtis has not been able to command a first-team place after his long-term knee injury and Rangers boss Steve Burr has agreed to him going out on a dual registration basis.

The 22-year-old progressed from Rangers successful youth team.

A former Stoke City and Crewe Alexandra academy player, Curtis joined the squad in 2014/15, remaining a regular in the squad for the rest of that season.

A serious knee injury picked up playing on loan at local neighbours Stafford Town in November 2015 ruled him out for most of the next two seasons.

He signed for Brocton in July 2017 to help his return to full fitness and then joined Newcastle Town in December 2017 but returned to the Boro for the start of this season.
