He
joined Barrow last summer from fellow National League side Wrexham, scoring 7
goals in the 2017/18 season.
Born
in Bellshill, White had spells with both Glasgow Rangers and Hibernian at youth
level before signing as a professional with Dunfermline Athletic in the summer
of 2009.
He
made a single first-team appearance for the Pars but gained experience in two
loan spells – in November 2009 he joined Clyde and scored 4 goals in twenty
games; in March 2011 he had an eight-game spell with Dumbarton.
He
was released in the summer of 2011 and moved to Drogheda United in the League
of Ireland where he made fifteen appearances, scoring twice.
He
returned to Scotland in late 2011 scoring once in six appearances for Clyde
before joining Falkirk in January 20102.
He
made thirteen appearances for the Bairns before moving to Stirling Albion,
initially on loan in September 2012, before making the move more permanent in
January 2013.
He
scored 28 times in sixty-five games for Albion before switching to Livingston
in the summer of 2014.
He
netted 21 goals in sixty-nine games for Livingston before being persuaded to
move to National League side Wrexham in the summer of 2016.
He
made twenty-four appearances for the Dragons last season, scoring 7 goals and
joined Barrow in May 2017, making his debut on the opening day of the season at
Dagenham & Redbridge. |
