....Workington AFC on a month`s loan from SkyBet League Two neighbours Carlisle United.

Olsen, 18, a first-year pro and a versatile player who can play in defence or in midfield, came through Carlisle’s youth ranks last season to earn his first professional contract with the club – the season ending with the youth player of the year award.

He joins fellow Blues Max Brown and Jordan Holt at Borough Park as he looks to gain vital pitch time having recently returned a knee injury picked up during the club’s tour to Budapest.

Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Holt will extend his stay with Workington for a further month when his initial loan spell expires next week.
