The Spaniard joined Staines in the summer having spent three-years with Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division outfit Biggleswade United.
His 163-games in charge at Second Meadow yielded a win ratio of 45 per cent with 73 victories and 250 goals.
But he was given only six games to make his mark on the Swans.
He departs after a 3-2 defeat to Salisbury on Saturday.
Despite only appointing Colas this summer, the club decided that this action was required to secure the future of the team.
A brief statement from the club reads: “We wish Cristian the best in his future endeavours and thank him for his hard work during his stint at Wheatsheaf Park.”
Backroom staff Albert Martinez and Stuart Bimson have also left Wheatsheaf Park and first-team coach Adam Wickes will be stepping as interim head coach.
