Morsley has signed left-sided midfielder or forward Reece Harris from league rivals Heybridge Swifts.

He had only recently joined Swifts following a brief second spell with Vanarama National League South outfit Concord Rangers.

He had re-signed for the Beachboys from divisional rivals East Thurrock United in the summer.

He had returned to East Thurrock after playing for two seasons with Welling United in the National League.

He joined the Wings from Rocks where he had proved a very big hit with local fans.

Morsley told his club`s website: "Reece Harris was one of my main targets in the summer. He had played for me when he was 18 and I have kept in touch over the years. He has bags of experience at National League Premier and South divisions and will give our left side more strength. He has signed a two-year deal and will come in the squad for tomorrow`s Emirates FA Cup tie.

Leaving the club is Will Crisell, who has been transferred to one of his former clubs, Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division side Brantham Athletic, for an undisclosed fee.

The defender was originally with Colchester United and joined Sudbury last season from Needham Market.

Morsley said: “Will is a player and a lad that I really like. He had a bit of an injury at the start of the season and the form of other players has kept his first-team chances restricted. But he has shown great attitude playing for the reserves and has been a key part of their great start to this season.

“I did not want him to leave but he felt that his career was better served with the Blue Imps, they have got themselves a decent player.”

Morsley has also agreed for Sam Mills to be dual registered with Whitton United.

Morsley added: “Again, Sam`s first-team chances have been a bit restricted, but as a key member of my squad I want him to keep his standards and fitness levels up and when not in my side he will benefit from playing Thurlow Nunn Premier Division football".
