Osborne started his career spending nine years at Port Vale before spells at Newcastle Town and Nantwich Town, scoring 22 goals in 2015/16.

He has also gained experience during loan periods with Tranmere Rovers and Morecambe.

The talented 22-year-old midfielder impressed everyone at County during his first stint at the club in January 2017, when he scored one goal in 6 appearances before returning to his then-parent club Fleetwood Town.

He left the Cod Army last January to join Southport for an undisclosed fee, signing an eighteen-month deal at the Merseyrail Community Stadium.

Osborne will link up his new team-mates this weekend and is available to play in all competitions for County, with no recall.
