....from Total Motion Midland League Premier Division neighbours Worcester City.
The 29-year-old, who scored 34 goals in 54 appearances for City after weighing in with more than 50 goals for Malvern Town during his final campaign with the club, will be hoping to replicate the form that has made him one of the most revered strikers at this level.
Redditch manager Paul Smith told his club`s website: “Dave’s record season-after-season is terrific; he has everything that an excellent striker needs, and I am thrilled that he has agreed to join us. We have a good group of strikers already, but Dave will add healthy competition and I hope he will be a talisman for us.
“I must praise the chairman, who has backed me all the way, and I am sure the fans will enjoy watching him.”
Reynolds decided to leave Worcester as he has a desire to play as high as possible and at the age of 29 he concedes this chance may not come around again and wished to grab it.
