The 22-year-old has joined the club on an initial month`s loan.

Stryjek moved to Sunderland in 2014 after spending seven years at Polonia Warsaw in his home country.

The 6`2” keeper is yet to make his first-team debut for the Black Cats, but has enjoyed loan spells at Boston United in 2015 and Accrington Stanley in 2017, with the latter cut short due to injury.

Stryjek has also been capped at under-17, 18, and under-19 level for the Polish national side.

Following Graham Stack’s retirement, Stryjek will wear the number one shirt during his time at the Silverlake Stadium.
