The two teams promoted from the Ebac Northern League, Morpeth and Marske United, are now first and second.

It was goalless at half-time at Morpeth, but Carlton had no answer to goals from Julian Petrache after 63 minutes, Sean Taylor on 75 minutes and then Joe Walton and Liam Henderson in the final 2 minutes.

Marske inflicted a second successive league defeat on Stamford AFC with goals in the 74th and 79th minutes from Callum Martin and Josh Rowbotham respectively after a Glen Butterworth own goal had the Daniels in front from the 34th minute.

Newly-merged Ossett United are still the only unbeaten side in the division, although they had to be content with a fourth stalemate from seven games.

They were held to a 1-1 draw by win-less Spalding United, whose Leon Mettam cancelled out Adam Priestley`s 18th minute opener from the spot 3 minutes after half-time.

Promoted Pickering Town are finding it tough and are bottom after losing 3-0 at home to a Belper Town side for whom this was a first league win since the opening day.

Alex Peterson after 36 minutes and then Craig Nelthorpe just shy of the hour-mark had the Nailers in command, with Tyler Johal adding a third 7 minutes from time.

Gresley FC enjoyed a 2-1 win at the Moat against Lincoln United, thanks to Tom Garrick after 16 minutes and a Martin Smyth penalty on 65 minutes after Alex Steadman had equalised on 56 minutes.

Loughborough Dynamo secured their second win of the season to date, 5-1 at home to Stocksbridge Park Steels.

Ryan Robbins has been a regular marksman for several sides and helped himself to a hat-trick with Karl Demidh and Devante Reittie making it a nap hand – Tyler Williams replying.

Tadcaster Albion won the Yorkshire derby at promoted Pontefract Collieries with goals from Lamin Colley after 29 minutes and then Aiden Savory after 77 minutes – a minute before Mike Dunn replied.

Wisbech Town and Brighouse Town shared a 1-1 draw in the Fens, with Alex Beck giving the hosts a 30th minute lead that Iwan Heeley cancelled out on 63 minutes.
