....international clearance allowing him to feature in Saturday`s Emirates FA Cup draw against Truro City.

The 27-year-old began his career at Bristol City, gaining first-team experience during his time at Ashton Gate with loan spells at Aldershot Town, Cheltenham Town and AFC Telford United as well as Hereford United.

Bulls fans may remember Jackson from his spell at Edgar Street in 2012, when the striker bagged 7 goals over the course of the season before joining Bury at the end of the campaign after suffering an injury.

The striker then featured for the England C team, scoring against Bermuda in his only appearance representing his country at that level.

Most recently the striker featured for Newport County over two seasons, playing at SkyBet League Two level.
