The 22-year old joins on dual registration terms from Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division side Stourbridge where he joined in July following his release from Tamworth.

Reid originally came through the youth ranks at Wrexham and his impressive showings at a young age earned him a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers in September 2013 for a five-figure fee.

He couldn’t quite break into the first-team picture at Molineux but did make an appearance in the EFL Trophy during the 2016/17 campaign.

Reid also spent time out on loan whilst at Wolves, re-joining Wrexham twice and also having two spells at AFC Telford United.

The forward, who has played for the Wales under-19 and under-21 sides, netted 6 times for the Lambs in a stop-start campaign as he was unable to nail down a regular starting place.

He goes straight into the squad to face FC Stratford in the League Cup this evening.
