Day joined the Rooks from Vanarama National League South neighbours Eastbourne Borough.

Cassidy-Sinclair is a midfielder who has impressed lower down the non-League Pyramid with the likes of Woodford Town, Cockfosters, Hertford Town and Brimsdown Rovers.
He joins Lewes from Essex Senior League outfit Walthamstow.
Chingoka is a former Wingate & Finchley midfielder, 19, and played for the successful Herts County side AFC Oaklands, where he starred in a midfield role before signing for Northwood at the start of last season.
Wilson took on the captaincy in the second half on 2017/18, when he won the supporters' player of the year award in making 42 appearances and scoring 7 goals.
