....experienced forward Paul Beesley from rivals Albion Sports.

 

The 34-year-old started his playing days with Harrogate Railway Athletic.

 

He went on to have spells with Harrogate Town, Bradford Park Avenue and Gainsborough Trinity and spent some time back at Station View on his return from a long-term ACL injury.

 

He re-joined Railway from Scarborough Athletic in March 2016, this time as player-manager.

 

He left Railway in February 2017 as player and manager and signed for Albion Sports.

 

Knaresborough manager Paul Stansfield told the club`s website: “He is a player I have admired for years and know he will bring quality and experience to our squad. He is a great lad and will fit in well with our group, so it suits all parties”.
