Bentley will be bringing added firepower to the Terras frontline.
He scored 17 times in 35 games for Poole Town as they were relegated from the Vanarama National League South last season.
He signed for the Dolphins in September 2017 from fellow National League South outfit Hungerford Town.
He started his playing days at his home-town club of Alresford Town before embarking on a terrific career, scoring 113 goals for Winchester City in just two seasons before joining Gosport Borough.
With Gosport’s financial crisis and relegation from the National League South in April 2017, Bentley moved to Hungerford.
Manager Mark Molesley told theterras.com: “I think you can never have enough goals in the squad. He’s a player we’ve courted for some time, even before I was manager and we’ve kept a keen eye on him.
“He brings something different to the table and I think you can never have too many striking options. We are delighted to have him on board. He adds to our already great striking options already here.
“It’s a big thank you to the `Wessex Fantasy Football` for helping us to bring a player of Warren’s quality to the club”. |
