Byfield Adds Midfielder & Defender To Squad
Darren Byfield, the new manager of Evo-Stik Southern League Central club Stratford Town, has swooped to snap up Jack Coates and Bradley Maslen-Jones.

Coates is a tough-tackling centre-half who reads the game exceptionally well.

 

He was originally on the books at Aston Villa and Halesowen Town and played under Byfield`s management at Redditch United last season.

 

Maslen-Jones is a central midfielder who knows how to defend well and is technically very good with the ball.

 

His previous clubs include Peterborough United, Hull City, Rushall Olympic Spalding United, Coalville Town and Market Drayton Town and, like Coates, had a spell with Redditch under Stratford`s new boss last season.
